[Error Code] Xerox dc 12 error code 10-387

My dc12 is throwing a error code 10-387 - the external heat roll overheat thermistor detected a temperature in excess of 230 c (446 f) on the external heat roll. How do i fix this???? Please help thank you

check termistor, if OK read this:

NOTE:
This status code is stored in NVM location 777-160 and cannot be reset by Power Off/Power On. To reset this code, enter Diagnostics and change the value in NVM location 777-160 Fuser Over heating Failure from 6 to 0.
