    Scanning Enablement on DocuColo 242

    Hi,

    Just had a machine with a bad ESS NVM. Replaced it and now the scanning Icon is missing from the UI. Does any one have the scanning to network and scanning to email codes they would like to share?

      you need to obtain and re-enter the original scanning software key documentation that came with the machine.

          The fix was to reload the software. There was a version mismatch between the new ESS pwb and the rest of the machine
