We are having various scanning issues on the above models.
5638 can scan to email but we cannot get it so scan using SMB or FTP.
7120 can scan to email and scan using SMB but not FTP.
7775 will scan to email and scan using SMB but not FTP.
N.B.
All of the above machines are using the same paths 'login and usernames as the working Canon's that we pulled out of the customer's.
So there are no authentication issues there it seems to be a Xerox thing!
Is there any special steps we need to make the Xeroxes scan?
Any help would be appreciated I have been through all the Xerox documentation to no avail.
