I sold one of these to a client a few months bcak...now he is claiming I promised scan to email...well who knows on that issue...I know I didn't...but I need a licence to make this feature active...I called Xerox dealer support... and after they stopped laughing...said good luck as it is a old machine and they no longer have the required pin...so does anyone out there have any ideas on how to get around this? Help!!
