[Error Code] Xerox Phaser 8560DN, Error Code 37,066.48

    Hi Guys

We have a problem with the 8560, giving error code 37,066.48.

According to the manual 37,066.48: The Wave Amp may be shorted. Check the Wave Amp drive cable (lifted ends of conductors).

Tried, a new wave amp board and flat cable, power supply and printhead. No luck.

Code just comes back at start up.

    Any help greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    James

well wave amps are a weak point and changing it is good but I have seen quite a few defective new amps...if the ele mod is alright and the printhead as well then you likely have a bad wave amp again..do you have the service c/d? I will think on it while I'm working on my old dodge neon and get back to you if I think of any other possibilities

recheck connections and its gota be the amp are the green leds where you plug in on ...you have to look thru the little holes in the metal case of the ele mod
