I want to be able to scan and send it to the email directly but every time I do it it give me the message "failed System Domain Name is not configured" does any one knows where I can configure this The machine is a xerox Workcentre 5150

As indicated, you need to configure your system domain name. also, your email server might need SMTP authentication. therefore, you will need to consult with a xerox tech with IT connectivity expertise.
