[Error Code] DC250 093-313

Hi guys, hope you can help.
I have a Xerox DC250 giving me Fault 093-313. It looks like a black dev problem but that has a different fault code. Please can anybody advise how to overcome.

More likely dispense assy, or Low Toner Sensor PWB.
Try clean & reseat MCU-to-IOT flat ribbon cable first.
