dc12 image quality problem

I got problem with image. Hard to explain for me so I posted a link to sample pic.

Especially is seen on photos, everything else (half tones, full tones) looks ok. Changed drivers, RIPs, cables. Seems to be problem on machine. Also tried with different half tone PWB, VSEL PWB, IOT PWB. Nothing works.

Any help is appeciated.

calibrate the machine, with calibrator or from platen glass. calibrator is better
