    Error code 075-210 on Docucolor 240

    Currently working on a Xerox Docucolor 240 that has an error code 075-210. I dont have the service manual so if someone could give me a briefe discription of this problem and how to clear/reset it I'd appericate it.

      Tray 5 Lift Up Sensor does not turn ON a spec time after Tray 5 starts lifting up.

          075-210 RAP Tray 5/Bypass Lift Up Sensor does not turn ON within a specified time after Tray 5 begins to lift.

          concentrate on tray 5 and if worse comes to worset replace tray5 dont even think of going to troubleshoot the boards.check if the lift up motor is working lets start from there

                  you need an elevator motor for tray 5 ,the bypass tray
                  almost $200

                      white gear broken on the elevetor motor. you can order and replace only the gear.
