Upgrade a WorkCentre 7655 to version 040.033.xxxxx.

Good afternoon, I am a graphic designer and I have a WC 7655 and also I have a serious problem not solved...

My machine has "System Software Version 040.032.xxxxx" but I need the version "040.033.xxxxx".

On the Xerox website and on the internet there is no software to update it.

How I can upgrade?.

Call a licensed Xerox dealer and have them install it. Why do you 'think' you need a firmware upgrade in the first place?

You can't just download and install. You need a PWS laptop with Xerox diagnostics.

You also need to upgrade hardware to go from version 40.32.xx to 40.33.xx, it's not just a software upgrade.


You can not imagine the need to do to use my scanner since I bought "301K20480-Network-Network Scanning and Email Scanning and Email for WorkCentre 7655/7665/7675" and I can not use my software 40.32.xx.

This is not a free upgrade. Xerox will charge for this upgrade. I have all you need for upgrades yourself.
