[Error Code] Xerox Workcentre 7132 Error - Please help!

My Xerox WC 7132 has error code 089-311. Having looked at other threads on here, it seems that "the problem is the ibt belt sensor is not reading the silver patches on the edge of the ibt belt. They are either scratched or the sensor is dirty or faulty. Replace patches and clean or replace ibt belt sensor."
Can anyone please describe to me how to locate the ibt belt sensor so I can try cleaning it? I'm not a techie, so an idiot's guide would be hugely appreciated!

I suggest you to call a tech. If you don't know what you have to do, you'll cause more damage to the machine. Tech will solve your problem and do a good cleaning to the machine, and you'll be printing again for a long time.
