WC 7132 machine noisy

hi ,

my wc7132 machine noisy when machine initialize and i had changed 2nd btr retract clutch ,main drive assy ,drum drive assy but problem still persists...no fault codes appears but first copy only print blur and rest copy print fine.

Seems like you got a nasty one here, I know you have changed the retract clutch normal cause, have you inspected the dev motor drive gear ? Drums are very noisy but i expect you have changed this.
Just a thought as you have gone through the main mechanics.
Very intrested on what the cause is ? please keep me posted.

u know the problem from drum assy at auger ..manually drive by hand it's stuck .i had monitor this prob as my tech told me their just change drum assy last 2 months and meter usage only 5000 print..update all of u if prob rise again ..
