Hi,I have a WORKCENTRE M24 with problems in the touchsceen display. It beeps like it is receiving the command but it doesn't perform the disidered changes. Basically it detect only the fingers vertical but not horizontally. In consecuense only very few commands are performed. I can't navigate truth display horizontal tabs. I can view only few horizontal function buttons in the first tab of the display.Any ideas or any experience with similar display failures.Thanks in advance.As far with this failure I can't access service mode and I don't have PWS.

As I said in your previous topic you need pws and diagnostic software.
In that way you can make the machine to work at least at a printer, scanner and copier with basic functions. This is the cheaper solution.
The display is very expensive until you dont find it at second hand.
