    Xerox 252 with creo cx260

    I have an issue with the 252 ,its boots up fine and so does the creo ,then then creo sends the test page and then it appears on the copier screen ,then says printing but nothing happens
    the copier by itself work fine ,just wont print
    any ideas ??

    Assuming you already check all the cables you may try this:

    Go in the Creo tool and run ''format image disk'' . Make a shutdown on both the printer and the Cr server and restart the system by powering only the printer with the front switch. It should automatically restart the Cr

      I will try that
      mine is the stand alone creo so the copier will not turn it on ,I have to turn the creo on by itself

        Then ,for first step, reinstall the Cr operating system.

          do you think its needed since evrything boots up fine and it does send the job to the copier??

            The Creo is formatting the page you need to print.
            If the ' format' of the page is not understood by copier the page remain stuck in the printing queue. Also is the easy task to do for first step.
