All of the components that were mention in the pm you sent me have been changed out. I am still getting the fault code 102-372. With the hard disc on or off. We also placed a new Xerox hard disc on another DC3535 and it saw it right away. Was thinking with that new Xerox Hard Disc all we would have to do is place it on my 3535 and reformat or reload the system software but the command station software which is on the laptop cannot mount, access or see the DC3535.
