All of the components that were mention in the pm you sent me have been changed out. I am still getting the fault code 102-372. With the hard disc on or off. We also placed a new Xerox hard disc on another DC3535 and it saw it right away. Was thinking with that new Xerox Hard Disc all we would have to do is place it on my 3535 and reformat or reload the system software but the command station software which is on the laptop cannot mount, access or see the DC3535.

On 2.5 inch hdd isnt any software. Only partition for copier data.
If you disconnect net controller from machine in such way the machine work only as copier what fault errors you get ?

Where is the net controller? Is that consider the Fiery. If so it is disconnected. The fault error is 102-372.

Yes fiery = net controller.
Do you follow procedure for 102-372 from service manual ?
3.3 volts is 3.3 volts or less ? ( this is sub dc 3.38 )
Do you initialize the hdd reseat the Prom's and memory simm ?
Do you check all connectors from ESS PWB ?
If you do exactly all this things probable the ESS Pwb is gone and you must replace it

Still stumped on this one. We have made all the changes that you have referred to. All three boards have been replaced out at some point. This was one of the first procedure executed. Now we are back to replacing the ESS PWB one more time. Could the mac rom need to be changed out also?

Have sorted the issue error code 102-372 NVM ESS in the wrong slot, now I have a network error (network controller is down) message and cannot access protocol settings
