We talking simple SW upgrade, or you suspect currupt SW you wish to fix with a forced reload?

If a simple upgrade, just do it through the web UI.

Its crupted software machine is just showing download mode at power on.

sorry for mentioned wrong model as i sned other post. Required model is 7435.

software has been arragned so post is closed.
