Sensor identification require! DC2060

Hello, I have a problem with tray 3, it pull the paper, but each time gets stuck in the transport part of the drawer and the printer, gets stuck in the same place, the wheels do not pull the paper. I tested all the sensors with PWS, except this one "PreeFeed sensor" so I doubt it, he does not give me any feedback. I am curious whether this is the sensor that I have circled in the pictures?

most of the time the problem are the feed rollers
try feeding very heavy paper ,like 12 point
if it works better then its the rollers
you can also check visualy how the rollers are
