I need a part number and pricing for a CCD lens board for a Xerox M35. The machine is dead as far as copying goes but I can still print to it. The scanner hits home position and tries to keep going through the right side of the machine. This seems to be from a loss of 5volt to scanner home sensor.

Sure enough, the CCD lens board is burned (resistors burned and microchip popped off board) right near the power connector to the CCD lens board.

Does anyone know how much to fix the board / replace board ???

Do I have to calibrate anything after replacement ???

I think you need to place a call for service at Xerox.
You need mechanical tool and software tool to make proper adjustment of CCD board.
