I have a wc pro C2128 displays communication problem Encountered
I replace CCM NVM pwb but same problem?
Can anyone give the correct configuration,
I pws navigator for diagnostic wc pro 40

Do you have service manual for The copier ?
Do you know to use WCPS Diagnostic Navigator ?

i have not service manual i use wcps for wc pro 40I do not wcps for wc pro c2128
