Its an Exp 260 v2 running CWS v 4.5.1.9 connected to a DC242. It often comes up with the error when a job is sent:
"Fiery.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. An error log is being created"
Thereafter it stops working until it is restarted. This has now become a too frequently occurence on the machine.
Re-installing Fiery software does not correct the problem. Could there be a patch that addresses this issue? Pls what else can be done?
