Xerox 3535 Network Controller Is Down

Hi, I have a DC3535 and having problems, I have a creo spire and it will not print to the DC3535 in the system settings on the dc3535 when i go to network settings and protocol it says that the network controller is down and I can not access it. Any ideas how to resolve this? Many Thanks

It's a machine to rip connectivity problem. Check if the board or a cable maybe faulty. If hardware connectivity is Ok, then reloading the system software of the CREO spire might be the next step.
