Xerox Workcentre Pro 90 scanner fault

we get a xerox workcentre pro 90 recently.but it show "scanner fault,please call for assistance" on the screen.and also network controller don't work.

but we can print internal report.I think the main body is no problem,maybe there is some connection wrong.

anybody can help me?I also need service manual.thanks!

it can copy now.but print fuction can not realize.it shows network controller not available.please notify machine administrator.

you need a new hard drive and software reload
