Fiery X12

We have a problem with a Fiery X12 just purchased 2nd hand it remains on the booting setting for hours, we have tried the restore backup but nothing happens I believe we need two discs to try rebooting from them. Can anybody help by sending them or know where we can purhase them.

this cause is deu to the hardisk inside need the disk to reboot the software

We've had good results cloning the X12 Hdd, that obviously requires you have access to a good one to clone from.
