If it is the same as in most of the Xerox copiers, you need to replace the photoreceptor/drum unit.

hi,i get xerox stouck 5921 seriec but i can't instal that,my error is 1d and if turn it in few secend,show-- in display,plz help to repair it,if any body reset code for this machin sent it for me.tnx
