I am tech for Toshiba and Canon Copier..but now i jump for xerox color due to fullfill our customer demand too.. but unfortunately its drum just have a very short lifespan (20K)..and its so expensive to replace new drum unit.. so anybody can share how to reset its drum unit from step to step..
