Phaser 8560 with error code 37,016.43:41953
Received a call from customer today with 37,016.43:41953 code. Is there something that is frequently the cause of this like power supply or will this reset. Have done very few calls on these. Any help is very much appreciated. I have the service manual which goes thru several procedures but many times certain codes on certain machines are usually caused by specific item. Not as familiar with this one either, but see if the attachment can help you.Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways - Coke in one hand - chocolate in the other - body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "WOO-HOO, what a ride!". -

Thanks guys. I have the manual with the procedures mentioned but was hoping for something like oh yeah when you get that it's usually the right door interlock or main charger is dirty. A simple solution for a simple guy. FrankComment

Yes it is and customer decided not to repair as it turned out to be printhead and did not want to spend the money. Thanks to all.. FrankComment
