BRT retract fail.

I just run into another error now. The error code is 009-358. When I
check, It was 2nd BRT retract fail.

I just bought the machine 3 weeks ago. I am new completely to the machine. I do not know what to do as at now. Can you help me? I am just a complete newbie

If you never worked on this one before, better call a tech to do a service and diagnose whatever problem exist. In the same time you can watch and learn basics operations performed by tech, and in future you'll be able to solve incoming problems.

The tech are making things so difficult. For more than 2 weeks now I have been calling them but they never pick the call

It can be caused from BGM drawer problem, not latching properly check here download both pdf files http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/xe...arming-up.html
Or by this connector (red circle) replace ALL the wires that goes to 2ndBTR

Some time ago I had a 2nd BTR retract fail issue on my 2060, I discovered that when I closed the drawer and after turning the handle to lock the drawer and folding the handle up and could turn it a further little bit ccw so that the handle stayed up, this last little turn caused the failure and when I didn't do the last bit I didn't have the issue.

<sub>Been on the site today, and found that one wire on P705 was broken. It's a plug with three wires. Check pictures.

Thank you friends for your support so far. I am highly impressed by your response so far.When I followed your comments I discovered that the -[handle shaft gear (P/N 7E55160)] is broken. And fromevery indication It wil have tobe replaced. Please where can I get one to buy?
