I have error code 003-379 on my xerox 5252 and 010-367.
Can anyone help me please?
Is it possible to error code list for this model?

I am assuming that the error codes for a 5252 are the same as for a 2060, someone please correct me if I'm wrong. If that's the case:

3-379 Dongle Broken

10-367 Heat Roll Overheat Fail

Attached is a list of some (not all) error codes for the 2060

Are you familiar with the dongle? It is a chip installed on the system PWB at location P646, and it determines the speed,45,52,60 prints per minute. It must match the IOT software, which in your case is 5252. To access the dongle, you must remove the system PWB, which is quite a job if you are not experienced on this product. The communication cable from the system PWB to the IOT PWB might be disconnected or damaged. Good luck.
