Xerox dc 250 Image issues

Hi all,
I have a Dc 250 with cx 250 creo. Please see the problem below and advice. its on all colors, we had the Ros cleaned, IBT changed and tried switching drums but still have the same problem. Please advice

what if you use the glass and make a copy?

No change at all even when you make a copy from the glass.

then the problem is the machine and not the rip
isolate the problem
is it all the colors?

Run 100% cmy individually and post pictures

Looks like drum and developer issues
Have you replaced drums ?

Drums have been replaced.

Cud it be the housing or just developer material itself?

Out of the cmyk prints which ones look bad

where are you located
are you a tech or an end user?

Do a print from this document and then post here page 3,4,5,6.
Also make a copy of printed page 3 from platen glass and post it.
Your ibt belt cleaner is not in good condition. For moment your drums and developers are ok

I was reading this because i am having the same problem. This copier is making the same image but is not on black only color. just about to repace ibt belt .One thing i heard thru the grapevine is this copier has 2 laser units?
