    Phaser 8560 with 09,035,43: error.

    I know it's a cyan ink stick problem. How do I clear the ISC error? What's the procedure to enter the service mode? I've searched for days and can't find it. Your help would be appreciated.

    1.Turn the printer power On.
    2.Wait for the Xerox logo to begin moving across the display.
    3.Before the logo is centered on the display (stops moving), press and hold the Back and Help buttons on the Control Panel.
    4.Hold both buttons until the display reads Beginning Service ModeInitialization. Release the buttons and the printer reboots into service mode with the Service Diagnostics menu displayed.
