[Misc] yellow toner fault

need help guys on wc7120.
error on yellow toner 0% indication while toner cartridge is not empty.

Follow Initialize NVM in the documentation and initialize the IOT

If that does not fix your problem, replace Crum Coupler PL 5.1 Item 15
