DC12 Totally Black Copies

Can anyone help we have a DC12 which is producing totally black copies when printing, if we print a test page its fine?

you have simplified the solution,if the test print from the machine dc12 is ok then the problem is the dc12 and print server(fiery connection)tightly connect all the 2cables on both eds,fiery and the dc12 side.then try printing.
