1.
my 470st scans document and then is showing message "waiting for printer" and nothing happens... i was reseting software and it didn't help...
maybe somebody knows where to look for solution?

2.
my 470dc works fine but i would like get into "diagnostics" and delete all user accounts to not to get password window while powering up and to be able to login into tools mode... anybody knows necessary values? i know the user pswrd but don't know admin pass

Hi,

For both problems you must have xerox pws with software, then connect to mschine, to see fault code.

even to reset password for tools mode you need pws software
