hello everyone! sorry about my bad english

when run "wcps diag", following the message "communication problem encontred ..." a get this screen :

so, please help me!! where is the problem ? what can I do to run it correctly ?

the problem was in the USB drivers (we must have : SIPUSBDR.INF and SIPUSBDr.sys). finally I get a wcps executed. and a get this screen :

i check battery on CCM PWB, the voltage is 1.24 V.

is that I can start the machine keeping this battry (disappearance message : communication probleme encountred reset system by turning power off...)

by using dc105 and dc133 ?

Can someone explain this method in detail ?

Get a new battery. It must be at 2.8 V

once the display comes on,display show m/c in diagnostic mode.you exit the service mode.then you can take prints on it.
