    Re: dc250 server issue

Between fiery motherboard microprocessor (cpu) and heatsink is a silicon compound that helps transfer heat from cpu to heatsink and cool cpu. If processor overheat then may appears defects like you have.

    Hi
sorry you are right - my typing fingers got crossed.
Copying is ok but not much help as I print Sra3
Thanks for the reply - I took out the memory and reseated it and cleaned the fiery and seems to be working now. But I did not understand about the heat sink and cpu - a novice when it comes to the server.

127-201 error does not exist; may be 127-210.
Try to make 10-20 copies after you print and defect appear. If copies are also bad then the problem is in machine.
If copies are good then must to verify if heat sink over cpu make good contact with cpu from Fiery motherboard and there is heat compound between cpu and heatsink

    dc250 server issue

    Hi
I wonder if anyone can help , the dc250 was printing a job quite happily and then the print went crackers out of register missed images etc - the two fault codes that are associated with this are 127-201 and 045 -310.
I restarted machine , but now it won't connect to network. I have changed network cable restarted numerous times but no luck. It is a bustled fiery.
Working...
