    DC5000 Tray 1 not loaded properly

    Hi
    I am getting a message on my DC5000 "Tray 1 not loaded properly" . I checked the rap for tray 1 broken .

    Has anyone had this problem before?
    What should i check ?
    Edit :A4 works fine , anything bigger than A4 dosent work
