    Xerox 4110 background

    Hi guys,

    I have just recived intermitent C.Q problem in 4110.

    When customer send a print job or printing test patern from diagnostic some pages has uneven background.
    I saw this kind of background in Xerox 5855 when the deve. housing suction filter in back of the machine got dirty with toner,so the toner dust around the deve. housing maks the background on the copy. in this case every thing is good but some pages has backgound.

    thanks in advance for any idea.

          Clean the machine very good. verify trc (values), change drum and put some pictures here.

              If print and copy is made background.

              1- chk.air filter and air duct
              2- make a maintenance drum and developer unit and chk. bias connectors.
              3- chk. in diagnostic mode trc value and if this value hıgh 450 take down this value step by step
