my printer is throwin a error code 9-358 - The Control Logic has determined that 130 copies have been made since the Cleaning Auger Stopped.

i replaced the waste containter and the code still remain showing. can someone help me???????? is there a reset code????

do you have the service manual ?

yes but all it tells me to do is replace the waste container which i did and the error code still comes on

clean the container with water and soap make sure its total dry before putting it back.also clean the inner sensor located at the end where container lay.this should work.
