Recently i have a problem with an empty developer tank (black).I change dev.material and developer tank and i perform a max set up.Everything was work fine but after 10k i had a call back with a similar problem but this time was the cyan developer tank.Can anyone help me? Is this a common issue? I have already perform a software upgrade and i change also the high voltage cables.
