simple, this is in your developer unit.some particles are blocking the toner from coming out, carefully remove the developer housing from the machine and remove the particle.
let me know if you manage.and your location

Looks more like laser contanimation. Both lasers probably need to be cleaned.

hi milo,i do agree with you it might also be the laser mirrors.its faster and easier to start with checking the developer housings for blockages before returning the units look under the ros glass for toner dust

It is laser. Have toner dust on mirrors.

if you are an end user,be advised to get an experienced service engineer.who has worked with dc250 alot.they are delicate and excess force might break the glass.let us know from what country u r in then we can start giving you close contacts

I am in Italy, in the province of Padua, in the town of Urbana. I disassembled parts of my printer several times, including the transfer belt, scanners, etc.. I'm no expert but I can get by with some indications. If you can give me more tips are welcome.

                thanks again

First of all you need service manual to know what you do.

I'm happy for your care, is synonymous with professionalism. Anyway I am holding the 2 blocks that should contain the mirrors. Those who are under the scanner. I can open them with care and clean them? There is a big label that warns me that there are some laser radiation. I must have some precaution?

Only when they are power on.
                        Have care with the mirrors.

you might need to clean the ros window and load the latest software on the machine.

toner cloud is the root cause of this problem it has been corrected on dc252

                          regards
