      What level firmware are you at? You may need to upgrade machine firmware and/or remove controller from back of machine and blow out all the dust and try a software verify from diagnostics on laptop.

                  you will need a service technician with a pws.thats the only way out.from what country are u?
                  all my learned friends out there lets try to help him out
