7345 jams stuck due to static on IBT 008-164

Hi fellow techs
i have a 7345 where due excess static on the IBT the paper sticks with a fault code 008-164.
i have tried a new 2nd BTR and clean around that area.
Any ideas ?

is deu to the pob sensor fault replace the sensor beside the regi.. sensor good luck

If the paper is folded next to the registration rolls with jams and 008/164,and no success with POB sensor ,you should change the registration clutch P/N: 121K22220.

Turns out that it is the paper causing the problem.Tried headed thicker paper what was available works fine.
Thin no branded paper just sticks to IBT.

Only guess.
Maby you need to inspect duplex unit,if the problem is produced in two-sided printing.
