Fiery EX12 Print Server Software?

Hi All,

Can anyone help me out, point me in the right direction.
We have an Ex12 Fiery connected to a DC12 and it will not boot - we have concluded that we need to reinstall the fiery software on to it but we do not have the install disks. EFI no longer support it, not getting anywhere with Xerox - where can I get a copy of the disks or disk image?
Any help appreciated
