Xerox 700 no cyan and 45-315 error

the 700 had a deletion in the cyan
took the lazer out cleaned it
put it back in and now no cyan
only cleaned the glass cover
then took out the cables and reseated about 3 times no luck
then took out the cables on the mcu board side and reseated and then got the error 45-315
any clue anyone
