Xerox DC 240 gradient and yellow dirt problems

Please help 2 problems seems like not connected to each other
Gradients gray 50% to 0% always have rough color transitions

And yellow dirt all the time.

p.s. is it possible to remove yellow dots identifying machine?

on this image is more visible the problem.
Simple photo printed no lost gradients.
Profile made with dtp-41 and manually - the same result

First clean very well IBT Assy, then do MaxSetup, then do Regi Con Setup Cycle
