Anyone knows how can i fix the heavyweight paper jam at exit ?. I don't have any problems to print on 170gsm or thiner papers but all the heavyweight papers get jamed at exit when paper enters on the inverter.

I'm not familiar with this model and don't have a manual for it. If you could let me know the step I need to choose face up, I would greatly appreciate it.

just search the machine's IP address in IE or othe browser with the java run time install in your P.C you can access to WEB tools.

(turn off the fire wall) pass for tools is = (Fiery.1) for admin.

The 7665 isn't controlled by a Fiery so I doubt the above would help. However, in the printer driver you can go to the "Advanced" tab and choose "Setup" in the "Output Options" and you will get the choice of "Face Down" or "Face Up".

The reason "Face Up" might solve your problem is that the sheet will go straight through the machine without having to go back in and be turned "upside down".
