Hi, Having problem with colors registration are off , black appears to be

find and single colors are also find. But when black is added the colors are off.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there, having similar problem with Document Centre C250, which appears to be similar to this copier (Australian Model), but nobody can tell me what USA model it is equivalent to - any ideas??

I need to run Max Setup to fix colour registration, but I actually caused it by clearing NVM (stupid, yes!). The strange thing is that there is no Max Setup menu in the Admin Menus. I assume registration is in the NVM, since clearing them caused my problem, but can ANYONE advise me the NVM settings for colour registration?

Please help, despite my stupidity in causing this problem ....

MaxSetup is a service procedure; it is not in admin menu.
For your machine service diagnose may be builtin or it is outside of machine and you need pws tool and laptop to do maxsetup

DC 250 and Document Centre C250 are not the same models.

Document Centre C250 equivalent is 2240-3535 series and 2128-3545 series. Not sure which one.
