hi all ;
i have a probleme in xerox 250 Creo cx250 - 2953.
problem : the machine restarts after 60s-2mn startup.

Characteristics controller :
- windows xp pro
-Creo
-desc CX250


if the problem is software what is the procedure to follow to reinstall the system ?

is the application that closes after 60seconde
CX250 v1.0 displays this message

"HARDWARE CONFIGURATION REQUIRES A LICENCE APPLICATION SHUTTING DOWN IN 60 SECONDES"

It seems like you are trying to connect a display or mouse without the pro dongle

Do this:
Start up without display and mouse
Connect to the rip with RDC
make your adjustments

Start printing

Just make sure you donot have the mouse or keyboard connected to the creo.USe remote desktop to view the spire...and you shudnt have any issues after that.REgardsVibin

Hello. I have problems with such server on the same xerox too.
In the morning the first boot is too long, at about 40 minutes server starts up. The flashlights (diods) on the server did not flash any color. But after 40-50 minutes server is boot up and works fine. If I reboot it, next time it starts up at 4 or 5 minutes...
If anyone had such problems, please tell me what happens. Or maybe someone can give me service manual on creo server, to watch what means every flashlights on server.
Help me please!
