Hello everyone!

I have a customer who needs their Auditron turned off. Is there a way to reset it if they do not have the system password? They have a hand-me-down and i'm sure they do not know it. I have not tried the initial password of #22222, which i will try first, but i would like to know if there is an alternative in case that had also been changed.

Hi,

If you can not enter in administrator mode with #22222, then you should eneter in diagnostic mode and I think choose dc105, and reset admin password or change as you wish. Then eneter in admin mode and disable auditron.
