Xerox 510 Synergix with YWC-1 scanner

Hi there ! I recently bought a working Xerox 510 DP with a scanner. It was an auction buy, so not knowing condition and features installed. Can somebody help me putting the scanner in COLOR MODE. It has only Scan to Net license installed. I spoke with a few Xerox reps here in Bulgaria, but all told prices that were out of this world. How can they ask for a price for 1 feature the price of a new Colortrac Color scanner ? Any suggestions are appreciated !!!

Hello IVO,

I don't know what prices you were quoted for the color feature. The list price for that feature has been $3000. The way that Xerox engineered its keys leaves no way to enable them without acquiring a valid feature key. We can sell you a color enablement key for much less than the list price.
